Célimène is an identity brand corresponding to the Caribbean culture. It is a brand that caters to Caribbean people as well as all those who love Caribbean food. The cordial image of smiling Célimène symbolizes the beautiful mulatto woman whose warm skin color evokes the Caribbean sun. The Caribbean market is worldwide. For example, in Canada, in the city of Montreal alone there are nearly eight hundred thousand Haitian residents; in the United States cities of Miami and New York there are nearly 1.7 million Haitian residents. In addition, more than one million Caribbean natives reside in Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana and in Metropolitan France.
